Job Overview:
As an Accounting Bookkeeper at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing various financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns and trial balances
- Reconcile accounts and perform data entry
- Answer telephone inquiries and relay messages
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) in Accounting
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting
- Supervision: Experience supervising 1 to 2 people
