Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Computer & Technology Knowledge: Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Area of Specialization: E-commerce, sales, product selection, distribution, pricing
Job Responsibilities:
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale based on establishment requirements
- Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials
- Arrange products according to planograms and oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers; maintain adequate stock levels
- Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers
