Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years; Supervision of 3-4 people
- Computer & Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, QuickBooks, Social Media, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, LinkedIn
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate, review, and evaluate office administrative procedures and establish work priorities
- Delegate work to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinate and plan for office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, maintenance, security)
- Assist in preparing operating budgets, plan/control expenditures, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data, perform data entry, and prepare periodic/special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Administer policies related to the release of records under privacy legislation
- Resolve conflict situations and manage office support personnel
