Key Requirements

- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
- Supervision: Supervise and lead 3–4 staff members
Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff; train team members in job duties, sanitation standards, and safety procedures; establish work schedules.
- Inventory & Ordering: Estimate ingredient requirements, requisition kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, repairs, and food wastage.
- Quality & Customer Service: Ensure all food and service meet strict quality control standards, check food assembly, and promptly address customer complaints or concerns.
