About the Role

St Andrews Insurance Brokers Incorporated is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Brokers to join our team in Woodbridge, ON. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze their financial goals, evaluate risk, recommend tailored insurance packages, and develop comprehensive financial and estate plans.

Key Requirements

  • Work Location: 100% On-site (No remote option available)
  • Language: English
  • Education: College/CEGEP/non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 year program) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Licence Required: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
  • Specialization: Financial planning

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Identify clients’ financial goals, analyze financial records, and provide tailored information regarding insurance coverage, risk, benefits, and investment planning.
  • Coverage & Premium Calculations: Establish coverage details, calculate premiums, and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Financial & Trust Management: Develop customized financial plans, make cash management and estate planning recommendations, and assist in managing trust accounts and investments.
