- Salary: $3,900.00 to $11,200.00 monthly (To be negotiated)
- Hours: 15 to 35 hours per week

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience; licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Experience: No experience required (will train)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal assessments
- Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and maximize independent function in all life activities
Working Conditions:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Driver’s validity license check and valid driver’s license required
- Vulnerable sector check required
- Must be eligible for professional liability insurance
