Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Credentials: AZ class license
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and provide professional customer service
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
- Drive as part of a two‑person team or convoy
- Load and unload goods
- Inspect vehicle systems including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
- Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
- Conduct pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
- Tarp and secure cargo
- Transport and handle dangerous goods
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding tasks
- Handling heavy loads (up to 9 kg / 20 lbs)
- Repetitive tasks and prolonged sitting
- Requires steel‑toed boots and personal cellphone
- Travel required: cross‑border, international, overnight, extended periods
