Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assign IT projects to analysts, programmers, and technicians
  • Coordinate IT projects, including design and deployment of new systems and services
  • Direct and control daily IT operations
  • Evaluate operational performance
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Organize daily operations
  • Recruit and supervise staff
  • Review operational reports for compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervise analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians (5–10 people)
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement information systems policies and procedures
  • Authorize development of product or service specifications
  • Meet with clients to discuss requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Manage incidents
  • Oversee robotic process automation
  • Provide post‑sale client support
