Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign IT projects to analysts, programmers, and technicians
- Coordinate IT projects, including design and deployment of new systems and services
- Direct and control daily IT operations
- Evaluate operational performance
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Organize daily operations
- Recruit and supervise staff
- Review operational reports for compliance with software and hardware requirements
- Supervise analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians (5–10 people)
- Train staff
- Establish and implement information systems policies and procedures
- Authorize development of product or service specifications
- Meet with clients to discuss requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
- Manage incidents
- Oversee robotic process automation
- Provide post‑sale client support
