Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements
- Advise applicants on employment requirements and terms
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Recruit graduates from colleges and universities
- Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
- Supervise personnel clerks handling filing, typing, and record‑keeping
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff or team
- Arrange advertising and posting of job vacancies
- Arrange staff training
