Job Details:

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Establish work schedules and methods to meet operational requirements.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet strict quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and prepare/submit reports.
- Hire food service staff and supervise a team of 11-15 people.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work site environment: Outdoors, noisy, odours, hot, and wet/damp conditions.
