Job Details:

  • Location: Mount Hope, ON L0R 1W0
  • Workplace: On site (No remote option)
  • Salary: $39.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
  • Hours: Morning, Day, Evening
  • Employment Type: Full time, Term or contract
  • Schedule: Standard shifts; on-site presence required

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adjust, repair, and overhaul structural, mechanical, or hydraulic systems according to specifications and manuals.
  • Inspect maintenance and modification work to ensure adherence to Transport Canada and company safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot aircraft hydraulic, mechanical, and structural systems.
  • Install or modify aircraft engines, flight controls, fuel, and pneumatic systems.
  • Dismantle and reassemble airframes and engines for repair and cleaning.
  • Maintain detailed repair, inspection, and certification records.
  • Perform and document routine maintenance and manage inventory of parts.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Noisy, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Physical demands: Handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Requirements: Must have own tools, steel-toed safety boots, and a valid driver’s licence with own transportation.
