Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations and prepare reports
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Supervise other workers and establish office policies/procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
- Recruit and hire staff
