Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations and prepare reports
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers and establish office policies/procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Recruit and hire staff
