Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years program)
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and implement communication strategies and programs
- Prepare written materials (reports, briefs, website content)
- Produce educational and publicity programs to engage audiences
- Perform administrative tasks and plan development projects
- Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- Conduct analytical marketing studies
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials
- Evaluate customer service and store environments
- Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions
- Develop marketing strategies and manage digital databases
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
- Copywriting for campaigns and brand initiatives
Experience and Specialization:
- Software & Tools: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD, Figma, MailChimp, WordPress
- Technical Skills: CSS, HTML editing software, JavaScript
- Specialization Areas: Interactive/new media, communications, brand management, digital media, strategy
