Job Responsibilities:
- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and technicians
- Coordinate IT projects including design and deployment of new systems and services
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate and plan daily operations
- Review operational reports for compliance with software and hardware requirements
- Establish and implement IT policies and procedures
- Meet with clients to discuss requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
- Supervise remote workers
