Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Direct quality control inspections
- Hire, supervise, and train employees in new equipment or production techniques
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work
- Plan and manage departmental budget
Supervision:
- Oversee 5–10 people
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only (no remote option)
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
