Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and review new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, security services)
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Monitor and evaluate office operations
Experience and Specialization:
- Computer and technology knowledge:
- Electronic mail, SharePoint, spreadsheets, accounting software, inventory control software
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
- Project management software, database software, Google Drive
