Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Credentials: Forklift Operator Certification
  • Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, ERP software

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers
  • Oversee fabrication, assembly, finishing, and inspection of plastic/rubber parts
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other units
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Set up, maintain, service, and install machines and equipment
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervise technical and support staff
  • Coordinate work activities to meet deadlines and budgets

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work only, no remote option
  • Physically demanding tasks including handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Must use own tools and protective equipment (steel-toed boots, ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves)
  • Security requirements: drug test and criminal record check
