Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma (1–2 years)
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff (5–10 people)
- Order and authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise and manage cash
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
