Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Build staging or scaffolding for heavy metalworking
- Check product specifications
- Clean and lubricate machinery
- Shape and form metal stock using various methods
- Document completed work
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
- Operate metalworking machines and furnaces
- Weld, solder, bolt, screw, or rivet metal parts
- Perform hot or cold forging
- Read specifications or follow verbal instructions
- Transport materials manually or with crane/hoist
- Program CNC machine tools
Working Conditions:
- Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Work must be completed at the physical location
- No remote work option
