Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Test and observe electrical and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, transformers, switchgear, generators
- Replace or recondition components such as shafts, bearings, commutators
- Perform on-site servicing and repairs
- Test and repair faulty wiring or components
- Ensure proper performance of repaired electrical apparatus
