Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and workstations
- Evaluate and install hardware, networking software, and operating systems
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Implement security procedures for data, software, and hardware
- Perform network startup/shutdown and maintain control records
- Conduct data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Monitor network traffic and server performance
- Set up LANs and Internet connections
- Troubleshoot and upgrade web server hardware/software
- Monitor system and network performance
- Coordinate network access and usage
