Qualifications Required:
- Education: College diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
- Handle telephone and electronic enquiries
- Compile reports from files, inventories, and databases
- Sort and verify applications, receipts, and documents
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Send and receive messages
- Perform basic bookkeeping
- Format page presentations
- Compile data and statistics
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Photocopy and collate documents
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Perform data entry and file management
- Organize and schedule office work
- Store and retrieve financial data
