Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks
- Inspect vehicle condition including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Record cargo details, service hours, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Tarp and secure cargo
- Transport goods safely, including dangerous materials
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical location
- Sitting for extended periods
- Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Requires AZ and DZ class licenses
- Must pass licence validity and driving record checks
- Own tools required: hard hat, steel-toed safety boots
