Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Certificates:
- Emergency child care first aid and CPR
- Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in staff meetings
- Supervise teaching assistants and train student teachers
- Assign and correct homework
- Identify individual learning needs
- Lead activities promoting physical, mental, and social development
- Prepare subject material according to approved curriculum
- Administer and correct tests
