Job Responsibilities:
- Assign financial projects to improve business decisions
- Coordinate financial operations and budgeting
- Direct and train staff
- Evaluate daily operations and compliance issues
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Review financial reports and oversee data analysis
- Establish policies and monitor financial control systems
- Manage contracts and cash flow
- Conduct performance reviews and HR duties
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions
- Prepare reports for executive committees and boards
