Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
  • Set up and adjust production machinery/tools
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Document and report deviations from specifications
  • Maintain inspection records and complete reports
  • Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments
  • Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools
  • Enter codes for speed, feed, and cut of toolpath for CNC machines
  • Clean and maintain workspace
