Job Details:

- Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise activities of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
- Instruct cooks in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Train staff in food handling and preparation
- Supervise activities of sous-chefs and specialist chefs
