Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate farm workers
- Follow sustainable soy farming practices
- Oversee crop-related operations and greenhouse cleaning
- Harvest seedlings and apply hoeing techniques
- Operate and maintain farm machinery
- Maintain production records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Ensure safety and bio-security procedures
Working Conditions:
