Qualifications Required:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers and manage heavy construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Estimate costs and required materials
- Recruit, hire, and coordinate construction staff
- Recommend improvements to productivity and quality
- Schedule and align activities across project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Working Conditions:
- Dangerous, dusty, noisy, cold, and outdoor environments
- Requires PPE training and use of protective equipment
