Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
Job Responsibilities:
- Adjust, repair or replace truck and trailer components
- Inspect and test mechanical units, motors, and systems
- Road test vehicles and review work orders
- Perform brake, alignment, transmission, and engine repairs
- Estimate costs for parts and labor
- Provide customer service and repair consultations
- Maintain reports on work performed
- Coach and instruct apprentices
