Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate network access and usage
- Maintain and administer LANs, WANs, mainframes, and peripherals
- Monitor system and network performance
- Troubleshoot and upgrade web servers and related hardware/software
- Install hardware, OS, and networking software
- Provide user support and problem-solving services
- Implement cybersecurity procedures and backup operations
- Set up LANs and Internet connections
- Optimize server performance and monitor traffic
- Perform website-related help desk functions and recovery operations
