Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Certificates: AZ class license, DZ class license
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks
- Inspect vehicle systems and equipment (tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, etc.)
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding tasks
- Repetitive tasks
- Must lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Use of own tools/equipment including cellular phone and steel-toed safety boots
- Local and short-haul transportation
