Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or non-university diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop restaurant budget to maximize profits
- Adjust food preparation and pricing strategies
- Monitor operations, staff performance, and labour costs
- Organize inventory, schedule staff, and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train staff and supervise a team of 5–10 employees
- Address customer complaints and contribute to marketing efforts
- Negotiate supplier arrangements and manage customer service
