Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Proofread and type correspondence, forms, and documents
- Handle telephone and electronic enquiries
- Sort, verify, and process applications, receipts, and documents
- Manage mail, bookkeeping, data entry, and report creation
- Maintain electronic/manual files and databases
- Provide general information and customer service
- Use Microsoft tools, QuickBooks, and scheduling software
