Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and type correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Handle telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Sort, verify, and process applications, receipts, and documents
  • Manage mail, bookkeeping, data entry, and report creation
  • Maintain electronic/manual files and databases
  • Provide general information and customer service
  • Use Microsoft tools, QuickBooks, and scheduling software
