Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact in emergency situations
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of 5–10 personnel
- Train staff in job functions, safety, and company policies
- Establish procedures and daily work schedules
- Monitor equipment functionality and address operational issues
- Provide technical guidance and suggest productivity improvements
- Track production levels and quality standards
