Job Details
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, as required

Requirements
- Language: English
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a managerial or senior operations role
- Security: Criminal record check may be required
- Technology: Proficient in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and manage material, human, and financial resources
- Establish major departments and appoint key staff
- Coordinate the work of departments, regions, or divisions
- Set objectives and approve policies and operational strategies
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official engagements
- Oversee financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and HR planning
- Supervise a team of 5–10 employees
