Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

- Coordinate HR department activities
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate and organize daily operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Advise on HR policies, benefits, and agreements
- Plan recruitment strategies
- Administer HR programs
- Coordinate performance and appraisal programs
- Manage training and development
- Analyze employee data
- Research and recommend changes to benefits and safety practices
- Prepare reports
- Negotiate collective agreements
- Organize staff consultations and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll
- Recruit and hire staff
