Qualifications Required:

  • Education: No formal credential required
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years in administrative or project coordination roles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, review, and improve administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security)
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets; maintain inventory and budget controls
  • Perform data entry; monitor and evaluate administrative processes
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures across various locations
