Qualifications Required:
- Education: No formal credential required
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in administrative or project coordination roles
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, review, and improve administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security)
- Assist in preparing operating budgets; maintain inventory and budget controls
- Perform data entry; monitor and evaluate administrative processes
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures across various locations
