Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and process customer orders and instructions
- Organize and oversee operational logistics
- Track and complete work orders
- Monitor supply and material movement
- Maintain work records and logs
- Dispatch personnel and coordinate traffic flow
- Advise drivers on traffic and route issues
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of dispatching equipment
- Consult with production supervisors for scheduling
- Respond to urgent calls and coordinate emergency assistance
- Apply knowledge of cross-border dispatching and highway regulations
