Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Asset Languages: Portuguese, Spanish
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals
- Review HR projects for legal compliance
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts and training programs
- Oversee employee data analysis and reporting
- Advise senior management and respond to employee concerns
- Liaise with management, unions, and HR consultants
- Oversee payroll and conduct performance reviews
- Evaluate work environments and implement safety measures
