Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Asset Languages: Portuguese, Spanish

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals
  • Review HR projects for legal compliance
  • Establish and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts and training programs
  • Oversee employee data analysis and reporting
  • Advise senior management and respond to employee concerns
  • Liaise with management, unions, and HR consultants
  • Oversee payroll and conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments and implement safety measures
