Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate tasks to office support staff
- Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Administer policies related to records and privacy legislation
- Coordinate office services (e.g., relocation, equipment, maintenance)
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate office operations
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
