Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Certificates/Licences: First Aid Certificate, WHMIS Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors’ activities
- Evaluate and plan daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and revisions
- Implement quality control policies and procedures
- Operate CADD and other software systems
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Prepare reports
- Supervise 5–10 people and contractors
Working Conditions:
- Outdoors and interior environments
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Own tools/equipment: Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots, Cellular phone
- Work must be completed at the physical location
