📋 Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and prepare cheques
- Calculate depreciation and fixed assets
- Maintain balanced accounts using manual and digital systems
- Prepare financial statements, reports, tax returns, trial balances
- Reconcile accounts and manage payables/receivables
- Prepare purchase orders and perform opening/closing tasks
- Ensure timesheets, payroll, and summaries are accurate
💻 Software & Tools Knowledge
- QuickBooks, SAP (FI/CO, HR, MM, SD, OT)
- MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
- Accounting software and electronic schedulers
