📋 Job Responsibilities
- Calculate and issue payroll cheques
- Track fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain balanced accounts using manual/computerized systems
- Prepare tax returns, trial balances, general ledgers, and financial statements
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare purchase orders
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform opening and closing accounting activities
- Ensure accuracy in timesheets, payroll, and financial summaries
- Generate statistical and financial reports
