Qualifications Required:
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign financial projects to improve business decisions
- Coordinate financial operations and budgeting to optimize performance
- Direct and motivate staff; supervise 3–4 people
- Evaluate daily operations and ensure compliance
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Review financial reports and project budgets
- Train staff and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor financial control systems and manage contracts
- Oversee financial data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Advise senior management and perform HR-related duties
- Manage cash flow, payroll, and bookkeeping systems
Technical Skills:
- MS Access, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- QuickBooks
