Qualifications Required:
- Education: College diploma or certificate (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor revenues and manage labour costs
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
- Recruit and schedule staff
- Balance cash and prepare financial reports
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Enforce liquor legislation and health regulations
- Maintain inventory and ensure customer satisfaction
