Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Test and observe electrical/mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, transformers, switchgear, and generators
- Replace or recondition components such as shafts and bearings
- Perform balancing of armatures or rotors
- Conduct on-site servicing and repairs
- Test and replace faulty wiring and components
- Maintain and install motors, generators, and control systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records
