Job Details:

Qualifications:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Certificates:
- Working at Heights Training
- Propane in Construction Record of Training
- WHMIS Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Install built-up roofing systems using asphalt and gravel
- Install/replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, shakes, and clay tiles
- Install and repair single-ply and metal roofing systems
- Apply waterproof coatings to masonry surfaces
- Erect scaffolding and working platforms
Working Conditions:
- Work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy, dusty, and potentially dangerous environments
- Physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
- Frequent travel to various work sites required
Personal Suitability:
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and overtime
