Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Technology Knowledge:
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows)
    • Electronic mail

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement administrative procedures
  • Set work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate office services and manage inventory
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative operations
