Job Details:
- Location: 26 HWY 105, Red Lake, ON, P0V 2M0
- Salary: $34.10 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
- Hours of Work: Day, Evening, Weekend
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Train staff and conduct performance reviews
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
